My stay was very bad, i arived at this place on march 25 it was my boyfriend's surprise room, we swam and had a good time, the staff at the counter seemed to be very rude when i checked in, but i over looked it and wanted to have a nice visit..
I went to my room because the pool had closed so i wanted to relax with my boyfriend. It was around 9 or 10 at night. We noticed that the blanket on the bed was dirty, so my boyfriend called the front desk clerk, when he asked for a new blanket or one that was clean she said i cant help you we are all out and i dont have time to check another room.in another word suffer. So he said well can we get another pillow, and she replied no you may not there are only a certain number of pillow's allowed, he then simply said well they are a coulple missing.
She replied i cant help you, and anyways i cant leave the desk, so he then said ok i want to speak with a manager she replied there is no manager on duty at this time, he then said ok when will she be in, and she said monday i then said ok i will contact her monday and then we hung up. The whole time we spoke witch was about 5 min she was very rude. He then asked me if i wanted to leave. I said no let's just try to make the best of it, i said ok. Well we were ready for bed a few hours later, but there was a loud party going on in the hallway, it was loud very loud. So i called the desk and let the lady know that it was loud and that we could not sleep, again she was rude, but she did say she would check it out...
I waited and waited nothing. The party contenued to get louder and louder. So i called again she was also rude again. She made me feel like i was bothering her and that it was my fault that i could not sleep. Then again she said she would check it out. And that she did, but it still wouldnt stop so i waited and waiten almost an hour went by and it just kept getting louder. So i called a 3rd time and told her that something has to be done and she was very hatefull towards me and said she did what she could do... Well more time whent by and then i blew up and called the local police department, they contackted the motel clerk and let them know that strike 3 was out...
Well minit's later i heard the desk clerk holler at everyone that was very disorderly and drunk. She said everyone get into there room's because room 317 called the cop's and they are tired of the noise... At that mommet the clerk broke the privacy policy and put my family in danger... Well the people that were in the hall went to there room's but then they started making racial commets toward my room and yelling snitch, so i contackted management monday and spoke with june she said that i was write that the clerk did break the privacy policy and she would have the owner contact me a.S.A.P...
So i waited and waited no one called so i then called back and the same lady june said he still is'nt available but he would call me. So then i waited some more and i never recieved a phone call. So i called back and once again june the manager awnserd and was very rude to me. She said that i was on a family discount and would not receive a refund, so i said well i will contact a lawyer iff i dont get my refund. After i hung up i got a call from my cusin that got the discount she was very upset because i complained about my stay, and that she was afraid of losing her job because the motel called her manager and told what was going on. This motel suck's and they broke alot of rules. But iff nothing get's done i'am contackting the local new's department and the better buiesness burea and the att general...
