I been here 3 nights I had no phone in my room it took 2 hours for me to get one then when I got my phone I was gettin ready for bed I seen a bug running up the wall I killed it picked up the phone to call front desk no answer. I called 5 times no one answer. So went to the front dest from the 3rd fl told them I had a bug in my room they said all they could do is move my room so I did paid another night move all my stuff to the new room.
This is night 3 paid full price 45.49. Once agin another bug this time I video taped it so they won't think im just sayin that I took it to front dest to tell him how my room has bugs like the other one. He said that the manager just went home for the day and all he could do is move me when they just did that the same day I moved I seen another one I said to him wats that going to do? If its bugs in one room I move to another one more bugs have it on video. Its so late when I seen the bug I have no choice but to stay. He told me that it was no one I can call or talk to untill the manager come in the next day.
The manager he was talkin about I didn't know was a manager. She was so rude look at you really nasty. I only needed wash rag she didnt say hi how are you? May I help u she looked at me through the glass window took her time to let me in when that should had already been n my room. My friend girl was with me she ask her what do you need? A manager I dont think so dont think she will be any help Motel 6 is better then this cheaper a pool and no bugs! Here they was grade a B how? Every one rude lazy its not a clean place will never stay here again.
