We checked in to Motel 6 at approxiamtly 12:30am I laid down, I looked at the blankets and there was about 5" by 3" of dried food stuck to the bed, and there was a pubic hair! My husband also said there was a hair on his pillow. We called the front desk and they moved us to the room next door. The blankets in that room also had hair on them. We called the front desk again but the clerk had gone on a break. We pushed all of the blankets on the floor and slept on the sheets. The next day I called the motel 6 customer service number and made a complaint.
I told them I wanted the room credidted back to our account that I was not going to pay after having such a bad experiene with two rooms. The customer Rep. Told me I need to speak to the manager of that location. I told the women at the fornt desk about our stay and that I wanted to talk to the manager, he would not be in until 11:30am. We went to the lobby but the manager was still not it. The women working told me that the manager would not refund our money and that the housekeeper who cleaned our room said the blankets were clean. She wanted to know why we did not report our second room as being dirty. I told her we had tried. She said that since there was two people in the room and only one on the reser. They would not do anything.
I explained that that was a mistake, we made the reserv. At the 1800 # and made a mistake. She still would not help us. I called the Manager that day He told me that since I had called the cust. Serv. Number I needed to deal with them. I explained that the cus. Serv. Rep. Told me I needed to speak to them. I called the customer service number again and asked to speak to a manager but they were all out I asked to be contacted again, that was two weeks ago. I called and spoke to the GM who said " if you had called me first I would have helped you, now you need to call the 800#." I asked him to talk to his boss and have her call me back that was a week ago. Now no one will talk to us!
