I put Embassy Suite in the Bing Search Engine and it did come up, with photos, and room availability. I selected the room only to find out that it was under a third party... Roomstay. I was not aware of this at the time of booking and was not given a refund or any real assistance. The operator just summed it up as non-refundable booking an refuse to address the real issue-false advertising or misleading advertising. I asked the operator what would be done with the information, he said. "Nothing. I'm just going to type it in my notes that you made a complaint and move on to the next call." I couldn't believe it. Roomstay is a rip-off and is not interested in customer service nor customer satisfaction. What can I do and how can I get a speedy refund?
