I flew from Ghungzou to Sydney on the 7th Jan by flightCZ301. Both my check in luggage are missing and no one has tried to resolve my misery. First the airline cancelled my flight for no apparent reason and then they loose my baggage. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. NEVER ever flying China Southern again! I really would like an update as to where did my baggage went? How can the airline not communicate with the customer and leave matters to sort out themselves??? I am very annoyed.
