I reserved two rooms through roomstay—although I thought I was on the expressway suites website. I need to cancel one of the rooms and change a reservation to the other, when I went to do this I found out that there is a non-refundable charge. This is the first time I became aware of this, not once did I see this posted anywhere on the web page when I was making my reservations. To top it off I am being charged a $9.95 fee per room. What a joke. My reservations are two months away, it isn't like I'm canceling my reservation the night before. Roomstays is a disappointing site and company to work with that has questionable ethics and customer service...
