Don't use this site; it%u2019s just a scam to get your money. They claim deep discounts. When in reality actual prices is the same as direct contact with the hotel. My husband unfortunately used this company to book us a room in Galveston for our anniversary. They claimed it was the only hotel that had a room available. However, we get to the hotel and the front desk clerk asks if we%u2019d like to change our room from a two bed to a one bed. The hotel décor was a little out dated to say the least; they actually gave us a room with a round bed with columns around it that shook if you touched them and mirrors on top that were missing mirrors. The bathroom lights were out when we got there and the Jacuzzi jets didn%u2019t work. Whenever we were leaving we were given a receipt by mistake of what the room actually cost. The room actually cost $173 and we were charged $234. Roomstay charged us $60 to book us at the first hotel they came across. DELETE this site and search for another travel agency.
