Just had an awful experience. Booked the hotel room in the wrong city (Hastings, NE vs Hastings, MI) due to their paid google search result (Hastings MI brought up the link to Nebraska and I did not notice) They absolutely refused to refund the Nebraska room, even though I needed and was willing to book the Michigan room. An absolute ripoff. Recommend that they NEVER be used. And pay close attention to who is actually booking the room for you. Their logo was tiny and I thought I was on the Holiday Inn booking sit.
