When I called to confirm my hotel room with Expedia the day before my trip, they said they couldn't find it. Then the agent said the room was $50 cheaper, so why didn't I book it again. After I gave her my credit card info and she secured my reservation, she FOUND my original one. Unfortunately, she said, the second reservation was non-refundable, so I was stuck with TWO hotel rooms in NYC! They refused to refund my money even though it was there false information that caused me to purchase the second room, AND it was less then 5 mins after I made the reservation that they "FOUND" my original one. They are a total rip-off. I spent over an hour on the phone with the trip cancelation agent off-shore, who didn't even know where NYC was, but she didn't help me. No one would help, so I am stuck. Never use expedia again!!!
