I have placed an order for these products on the 25th of September already.
A telephone call on 4 October confirmed that they had insufficient delivery details - should have worried then, because I know what I have filled in on the online order form. I know where I live, why would I have supplied insufficient details? Nevertheless, the address was updated and I received a confirmation call and e-mail again that the product was shipped.
More than a month from when my credit card was debited but no product yet. And I can't reverse the payment anymore because FNB will only do it within 30 days.By the time I woke up to this being a hoax I have lost money but not weight. Ironic.
