After getting bumped off a flight from Delta, who always overbook so show up early, I phoned Orbitz to change a flight the next day I would now not be able to make. This flight was from Lima to Guayaquil. I was put on hold indefinitely thrice and hung up on twice after being told there are no changes allowed. NO where on my reservation did it state this, only that a charge of $50 would incur in making changes. Not only is my flight going a complete loss but they will not allow me to use my return flight as it is 'a package'! I have never felt less concern from any company EVER.
