I made flight reservations with Orbitz to go from Ft Myers FL to Hartford, CT
due to an emergency I just returned
from CT thru an Orbits reservation on
Jan. 4th. This was an emergency.
My sister became very ill and I felt I
had to go North.By some miracle she
is responding and went into a nursing home yesterday. My family feels it is not nescessary for me to rush up now.
I called Delta to change the flight
date to April and was told there would
be a $200.00 fee. I feel this charge
for a one-way ticket is terrible. They would not waiver their decision and said it would be up to Orbitz to help
me as I went through your agency.
I am asking that you consider my situation and make it possible for
me to change my flight to an April
date. I just returned to Floria via an Orbitz reservation on January 4th, and
now that I know my sister is out of
danger this flight is not needed.
I would appreciate someone taking care of this for me
