I bought tickets from vipfares and then had to change the dates. I sent e-mails no response. I finally got a person who gave me an address to send the tickets overnight and it was sent to Expedia who has nothing to do with VIP FARES and a representative called me and spent an hour and a half helping me call all 11 numbers I had to no avail. They are sending back my tickets and I can't get anyone to help me change the dates and now it has ruined my vacation. I can't believe such an operation exsists and they take your money and will not help you.
Globe Travels is their agent that sends the tickets and they also will not help and actually hung up on us while we were trying to resolve this problem.
I will never book on line again. Back to a real travel agent that can be trusted.
