I paid a travel agent in Birmingham UK for travel tickets for myself, my daughter and my mother to travel to Lagos Nigeria on the 14th of July. However, this agent going by the name of Dean Oliver did not pay the airline for the tickets and the tickets got cancelled by the airline. This agent has been paid in full and did not provide the tickets for us to travel and he has not given us a refund as of yet. He is refusing to pick up my calls or respoind to my emails. This agent paid another travel agent to issue the travel itenarary so that I would believe he really did book the tickets but he did not. He has scammed some other people too by taking money for tickets he has not booked and everyone is loosing money to him and having to rebook tickets with the airlines direct.
