T mobile Customer Service is completely absurd. I've invested per week speaking with them attempting to uncover my cellular - that we purchased from their store just a couple months before. After I bought it I had been provided the choice of unlocking it at that moment but I decided to not and was informed that I really could uncover it in a potential day easily wanted.
I visited uncover it after I was going to abandon the claims plus they explained they required me to send them my unique bill.
Completed.
Got a contact 2 nights later stating they required me to send the bill.
Sent again.
Named them 2 nights later to determine exactly what the standing was and that I was informed to call-back the next day.
Got a message stating the bill hadn't been obtained which my demand have been shut.
And So I called customer service (yet again - calling from offshore today) simply to be informed that I'd to send it again.
Sent again.
Named them to check on how it had been heading plus they inform me to hold back... Wait wait wait wait wait.
Tired Of losing so enough time and cash on contacting them, I attempted their foolish talk program - simply to be informed that my telephone is ineligible for unlocking since itis no further productive.
THAT WILL BE FRIKN ABSURD COZ IT WAS ACTIVE AFTER I PLACE IN MY DEMAND!!! Therefore much profanity is supposed for this very second but will restrain...
After which the broker about the talk simply shut my talk since I did not react in 30 seconds... I am likely to find-as several sites as I - can to protest about how positively absurd the client treatment at T Mobile is. Not only the representatives-but their silly phone program also! They keep asking me to topup my consideration so when I-say I actually donot wish to they claim they do not realize.
There MUST ALWAYS be a choice to talk to a in the initial selection!
I hate you T Mobile.
