I've been a virgin mobile person for around eight years now. I've purchased virgin mobile pre-paid topup cards at cvs often. I never had just one issue, after which it just happened. I purchased a brand new cvs virgin cellular recharge card on friday dec 22. I attempted to include the full time to my telephone simply to obtain a concept from virgin cell the card was outdated and never legitimate. After which virgin mobile declined to include the twenty bucks to my telephone. After many telephone calls to virgin cell I had been informed to come back to cvs and also have the shop fax a duplicate of the bill for them. I returned towards the cvs wherever i purchased the card the store-manager and also the change supervisor went of the method to just do what virgin cellular request of these. Cvs could be happy with these guys. They understand what customer support is. I noticed them send the bill myself. However virgin statements they never did, the supervisor delivered it again, virgin mobile claims we didn't deliver it. Recently was holiday evening, i didnt reach contact my mom, when I dont have any moment on my telephone. Nowadays is dec 26 but still virtually no time. My mom went and purchased another topup card and place time-on my telephone so she might contact me today. But I'm however to determine the full time I've previously taken care of. Pity you virgin cell for applying cvs to tear people off. I'll go back to my cvs shop however it may to become to purchase prepaid cards to get a tracphone.
