Visited a Verizonwireless shop to ask about investing in a arrange for use at our cottage. We advised shop that until the telephone worked we'd have to stop. We were informed there could be not a problem so long as it'd be within 15 times. We delivered the phone within 5 times and was returned from the shop the purchase of the telephone. Over the following month we obtained numerous expenses from $96 to $55. Approached Verizon numerous occasions was informed to dismiss payment because it was published following the day of return. On Sept. 1st obtained selection notice for $55.45. Contact customer support and was informed these were genuine costs for service of telephone $35 and $13.95 for installing the navigation support that was completed from the shop and not utilized by us. Employed telephone twice to check on for party. I requested to keep in touch with supervisor and was placed on store for 20 units and informed no body was accessible but might call-back within 24 hours. No body named, lastly after being placed on store once more was informed once more the costs were legitimate and would need to spend or place in selections. Main point here, was informed something by shop department and another by Verizon Customer Support. Really rude people and wound up spending $55.45 for just two telephone calls and 5 times of getting a telephone that didn't execute. Never again.
