All stored messages removed from voicemail

Now I've had it. T mobile support is just a travesty. Today, November 30, I named to check on my voicemail (my amount is in region code 415), but rather of the accustomed requests to hear my communications, I noticed a chilly introduction "Welcome for your fresh t mobile voicemail box. You'll now be led through the actions to setup your voicemail." What? @&%#!!!??? I take advantage of my telephone for company and obtain essential communications ll the full time. Our mail had 9 definitely essential company communications saved in the previous 3 months, PLUS about 50% twelveapproximately fresh communications which were left in my own mail because the period I last tested it. Therefore again, OBVIOUSLY, these bastards possess a system for remaining in contact with me. But, no body cared to inform me that my voicemail could be totally removed at 8pm on November 29.
