I shut my company 3 months before. I've been attempting since that day to obtain Windstream to remove telephone and online sites.
They asked me to deliver them a notice on organization letterhead requesting the support be disconnected given that they can't take a telephone call requesting that it's switched off. I advised them that used to do not need organization letterhead, so that they stated I really could just deliver an email for them from my outlined email address which works. I delivered the email and received no reaction.
I called my repetition and requested for aid. She named the organization and requested that support be disconnected. They didn't react.
Our representative also requested me to deliver a notice for them. I did so deliver the notice and received no reaction.
I received a phone from Windstream requesting cost and that I described the company was shut which support must be disconnected which used to do not owe them a stability. They stated I had a need to deliver an email for them. I did so. That email didn't obtain a reaction.
I had been again approached by them-and was informed I had a need to create on my bill that I needed support disconnected. I did so deliver the account with notations about disconnecting support which didn't get any reaction except to obtain another statement.
The most recent statement today totals nearly $1,200 that I don't owe. The company is shut for 3 months and that I can't appear to encourage them to end support. I've got through the six obstacles they offered me without any reactions. It will not be this challenging to obtain support switched off.
Has someone else experieced this issue with Windstream?
