Anyone thinking of buying from them please think again

I requested numerous curtain rods out of this online organization - Polesdirect.com and unearthed that two of the rods were rustic. On buzzing the organization, I had been informed to get images and deliver it for them by mail. Following the first endeavor - no reaction. Next test got an individual email - however no reaction. After - many phone calls making messages about the answerphone, I'm still waiting. I can't deliver the things back without informing them, plus they are not reacting. What terrible support - it's this kind of merchandise providers who're destroying the trustworthiness of great businesses to create utilization of the net to achieve more customers! I'm truly frustrated with the work I'm needing to create to obtain these from this type of provider
