Disconnecting after recieved payment

Earlier this month I received observe that my consideration was to become disconnected if cost wasn't received by night on September 22nd. I created a cost above the things they were seeking and all was good. Approximately I thought. Nowadays I attempted to make use of my telephone to become informed it had been no longer working and so I named my house telephone number from my mobile phone to determine that it'd been disconnected. I named Windstream and also the man I spoke to mentioned they might do this since I settled by digital check (I settled by charge card) plus they didn't have it over time. I told him he was saturated in garbage since I infact compensated by charge card plus they received the cost. WHy otherwise might per week later my telephone be operating? Nowadays they stopped my support and he employed some bs reason how they might do this and my cost was not therein period. They've an extremely uneven exercise and that I am taking a look at getting a new telephone and internet company. Positive thing I reside in a place where we are able to have many supplier options. I'll NEVER suggest WIndstream to anybody. I had been formerly with ALLTEL and had no option once they transformed to Windstream but ALLTEL was so far better. More than 5 years using the same support plus they draw this to be able to try to create some extra cash. Very uneven
