I had been currently getting lifeline link-up telephone support from Windstream for $5.60 per month. I named to determine when they had a Lifeline link-up plan for broadband and also the customer support explained "yes they are doing". I really could get 3 months free web to determine easily loved it. The sum total for my telephone support and web was to become $33.00. And so I leaped about the group and believed which was a good deal. Therefore six months in to the payment period they deliver me a statement for over $100. The hookup was said to be free. The device was $112. Having a six month installment plan. And also the first 3 months free. After I named to ask about the statement they advised me that there was no such plan plus they have no idea why I was advised there is. I'd created anything along and completely realized exactly what the woman was telling me. I talked with administrators as well as their administrators to no avail. Anything they explained was an out-and-out rest and that I want to understand who do I change to after I can't-get fulfillment from Windstream customer support?
