I have had Windstream totally shed support in two states within the last month. Their support is sluggish, their repairs are slow plus they destroyed holiday for my child last month. We often view the norad radar for Santa but couldn't because of a of the providers for the region.
We usually have failures or Iam getting disconnected from their store nearly every evening and severe I've needed to depend on spending money on DIAL-UP providers off another organization in case Windstream falls, which it will... FREQUENTLY.
Do yourselves a benefit, don't think their BS advertisements and DO NOT GET WINDSTREAM as your supplier!!
