Vacation Service Request turn into Plan Switching

On Oct 29 I named Centurylink to request holiday support from November 20 to December 20 for my house telephone and highspeed web pursuing their billing period. The client sercv did exectly that, she explained after I return I've to contact them to continue my support. I returned earlier and named, they continue my support. November bill confirmed prorated customer point billed and prorated holiday quantity reservation from Nov2 to Nov20, Guide LATA for both whole total 40.46. I settled all-in complete. December bill confirmed add up to 148.73 multiple of my normal strategy. I ask exactly why is the total amount is really large? Customer service explained that charges are for disconnection and reconnection, repair and switching of plan, prorated customer point billed, prorated modem, equally Manual LATA, service purchase, eliminate point costs, eliminate holiday support, prorated modem, eliminate 768K/384K from November 23 to December 20 because of my request holiday plan. All I request was holiday support, as centurylink internet particularly described at their Often Ask Concerns that anybody may obtain this service via online or contact cust serv. It actually stated that centurylink expenses 1 / 2 of regular entry point prices plus taxs and approriate surchg. There's no component stating that holiday support may lead to all of your support and strategy is change. The client serv explained nothing they or I will do about this but spend the statement. If you're able to solve this, please help me. I'm attempting to solve this problem in most method possible before making my-self to do this regarding Centurylink Company, the FCC and BBB. I dislike achieving this but all I request is holiday support as permitted.
