I've 2 telephone providers (mobile) from Run. I needed to stop among the telephone. I named Run last Sunday (07/15) and spoke to some client service consultant, adked them easily may stop among the support. They explained Yes, I will stop since my conditions of service continues to be finished (2 years) and it'll be prorated in the day-we stop the support. I requested my LAN point from various other provider today [07/19] and named run back to stop my support by today. I was informed it's not going to be prorated and had been transferred to another division, I've to make use of it until end-of my payment period.
If that's the situation, why did Run supply incorrect info after I named them a week ago. Unnecessarily I've to pay for 2 bills my portable in addition to my LAN point. I really could have postponded my LAN point after I named a week ago before payment period had they explained properly.
