I'm Anytime 200 customer and since November up to up to now March I've been losing rand worth (R150.00 - R190.00) from my bill each month. I called numerous occasions the Phone Call Center and also have obtained inly research figures with no feedback on my account position.instance I created two calls in March and my rand worth stability was R193.47 on Wednesday 9th and on Thursday 10th, I'd R0.00 rand worth and 25 free sms. There's no method in heck the phone chargers were worth R200.00. Iam at this time where I do want to stop the present agreement because of the insufficient customer support and fulfillment. I'm likely to alter to some other Community once the MTN agreement ends next year.
