The complaint is I tried to separate my DSL line from my phone line and they would not do it.in other words AT & T would not allow me to only have DSL, it has to be bundled with a phone. This is very new to me as they have advertised that we can sign up only for DSL. Please help, this sounds like monopoly all over again.
Apparently this is suppose to be a new policy. The operator had me on the line for 30 min to tell me this.
I like to understand who else in my area and in the country is facing a similar fate.
