Poor service

I had direct tv installed last March (9 months ago) and we have all the HD channels out more than working. I called several times and they blame the weather. Last time they said it was due to ice or snow and I could buy a heater and cover for it. I do not plan to keep this any longer than my contract which is 15 more months. Today I am without any channels. We called and asked for someone to come out over a week ago and after several calls they finially said they could come January 3rd. Over 2 weeks from complaint. Do they give a credit? No because they say its not their fault. I was told when I got this - orally only - that it would be around $110 for tv, phone and internet. Hight speed bundled with quest. Well it is not high speed as they do not have that service in our area. It also cost $170 a month for first year after rebates. Lord only knows what it will be after that. The phone and internet portion is about $70. And my old phone line was not much different. I paid only $29. For my dsl and phone from media com but was knocked off line more than on. I was happy with the mediacom cable however. The reason I went to direct tv was they promised better internet but I later found out it is not part of their plan but Qwest who they partner with. I will be so happy to be rid of this contract but wish it could be sooner.
