Suddenlink disconnected our internet service 2 and 1/2 weeks ago with no notification as to why. We have been calling if not every day, then every other day for the last 2 weeks. We have spoken to multiple people, run up 4 or 5 hours on our cell phones repeating the same steps over and over again. They tell us our internet service is fixed and will be turned back on tomorrow, when tomorrow comes we call back (more hours on the cell phone bill) and they again tell us tomorrow or the next day. They have yet to give us any real answers as to when we should expect our service to be restored, and they have made no attempts to help us. They claim they have put in a ticket, but are currently out of IP addresses which is causing the delay. (This we were told today.) Nobody has called us, responded to our multiple calls and questions, or made an attempts by mail. It is very frustrating to learn that a business you pay monthly can be so un-professional as to not communicate with their customers when it involves services the customers are paying to have provided.
