Terrible customer service!

I changed to FIOS a couple of months before. Verizon has got the TOUGHEST customer support of any organization I Have ever handled. I registered for that Multiple Independence bundle (telephone, Television, and Web). They put up my bill with one of these as individual items rather than the reduced pack. Your first statement confirmed 2 weeks at over $450, when it will have now been $220. I named them, and was disconnected after being on-hold for fifteen minutes.
