$100 VISA gift card for switching to FIOS

I changed to FIOS and included the telephone and web; Verizon guarantees a $100 CREDIT gift-card for doing this. Verizon sent me a statement on 4-25-11 for $64.75 (FIOS was mounted on 4-11-11). I settled the statement on 4-28-11.in March (5 weeks later) Verizon claims I'd a previous due of $64.75 (which never turned up on the expenses from April to Oct) after which they delivered a statement collector who named my home 6 occasions, and it has been delivering "overdue" updates for $64.75. I delivered Verizon evidence; my lender delivered Verizon proof the $64.75 was compensated. I named Verizon, they siad "no quantity arrives". I named the CBE Team and informed them that Verizon stated for that CBE Team to simply create ONE CALL TO VERIZON, and Verizon may let them know the $64.75 ISN'T DUE.

That Is Verizonis problem for delivering it to some statement collector once they were 100% wrong. Our concept is the fact that Verizon does this (comprises a overdue) so that they wont need to spend the $100 CREDIT giftcard.

I talked to 3 distinct people in the CBE Team and they'll NOT CONTACT VERIZON, despite the fact that this is exactly what Verizon explained to inform them.
