Verizon Robbed me. I had been billed for $359 for 49-minute calls. These calls were said to be blocked by Verizon. After I registered Verizon FIOS Independence Important, I realized I actually donot wish to utilize it for overseas calls. Its price is $6.50 each minute to China. That's crazy. Several calling cards costs significantly less than 2 dollars. I named its customer support and requested all overseas calls blocked. She did and explained so. I felt safe and protected.
Well, just a couple of of weeks later, I acquired this statement and noticed $359 there for 2 calls to China. After I named client solutions, they explained that their engineering wasn't trusted and it failed. But why I still got charged. I reported to NJ Public Panel of Resources, that did not reply me but I did obtain a notice from Verizon. It stated that I can not prevent worldwide calls using the Independence strategy. But I did not need that Independence as well as your broker got away (blocked) the calls.
