I purchased a Rim telephone from Verizon this past year and from day-one the telephone never worked properly and that I have now been looking to get Verizon to provide me a brand new telephone to displace the brand new telephone that I purchased which was defected (and compensated $180.00) however they decline and also have been delivering me refurbished Rimis which likewise do not work.
