On decemebr 12th i ordered a set of clubs from best buy golf supply. I was told that the clubs would be shipped the week of december 19th. On december 19th i tried to contact the company for the status of the order. I was told that they had been shipped but no tracking number was available.
I then called back on january 5th and was told that they had been shipped on december 30th. I asked for a tracking number and was told that he did not have one and he would call me back with one. I told him that i would hold on the phone and he could find out. The person i was speaking with then told me that the zip code for my city was wrong and that was why the order had not arrived. I posted a negative comment about the company and then alomost immediately i received a call from ken briggs who told me that the clubs had been shipped and that i would receive them by the end of the week. I did receive the clubs but they had been shipped on january 5th.
I also spoke with ken on december 22nd and he told me that he had a hundred orders to get out and no one else was bothering him like i was. I called the company about 40 or 50 times to try and get an answer. It was not until a friend of mine sent an email to them wanting a phone number to contact them with a question did i get a reply to an email. I called when they emailed my friend back and they answered the phone.
I did receive my clubs on january 8th.
