Best Buy Golf Supply is by far the worst internet company going. I ordered my clubs on 31 Oct 07 and was told they would ship on Monday 5 Nov. I never recieved a shipping notice as promised on their web site, so I called on Wednesday 7 Nov. To see what the status of my order was. I talked with an employee who informed me they were waiting for the sand wedge head to complete my order and that the shipment was being held up at customs. Does this sound familiar. The employee said they would ship what they had of my order that day. I still did not recieve a shipping notice and again called them on Friday 9 Nov. I was told that the clubs had been shipped and the employee was very rude saying that I was bothering him and should wait on delivery. It is now 14 Nov. My account has been billed for the clubs, No clubs, No shipping order sent, No reply to my e-mails and No answer to phone calls. That is a lot of No's from a company claiming superior customer service.
I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will be visiting the Sacramento area soon and will be filling a report directly with the BBB there. Hope everyone searches for this information before deciding to do business with this fraudulant, decietful, and extremely unproffesional organization.
