On November 7 I ordered an item from 4-fans.com. It was a birthday present for my son's best friend. The birthday came and went in December, still not receieving the ordered item.
When my bank statement came I did notice that 4-fans.com surely took the $39.00 I was to owe them. I tried to email them and the webmaster. No Response!!! I tried their 1-800 number that is constantly busy!!! I looked on the my bank statement and next to the debit was 4-fans.com phone number and it wasn't an 1-800 number so I thought I had them then but NO!!!
I kept calling this number and receieving an automated woman's voice saying, "I'm sorry all of our representatives are busy write now, if you would please leave your name, number, and message we will be back with you as soon as possible..." it was something along those lines. This morning I got up at 5:00am pacific time to call over to New Jersey with the number I took off of my bank statement, low and behold a man answered he just said "hello" so I had to ask if the number I just called was 4-fans.com and he told me "Yes, but could I please call right back".
Stupid me hung up and called him right back and got the automated lady again. I left a message again and we'll just see what happens...
