I ordered a men's right hand set of golf clubs. They were LGC Texan Senior Golf set. During my first use of the clubs the head came off of the number 3 wood. During my second use of the clubs the head came off of the 7 iron. I sent the company an email along with a photo of the broken clubs. I didn't hear anything for several days and I call the company to inquire of the status of the new clubs. I was told they couldn't locate my order even though I referenced my order # in the e-mail. They finally located it and sent me an e-mail stating that the new clubs would be shipped ASAP. After waiting ten days I called them. They stated they couldn't find my order. I told them that they found it the last time I called. I was told they located the order and the clubs would be shipped right away. My two complaints are poor quality golf clubs and poor customer service.
