No emailing or calling fools!

My husband ordered some golf clubs on 6.4.09 and waited on a email of when they were gonna be shipped. A couple of times before that, he emailed to check the status. No one would answer his emails. When you use the phone system, it tells you that you have to use the internet to contact anyone. SO more emails from my husband with NO RETURN EMAILS. FINALLY, his status changed to Shipped 06.29.09. GREAT! So he emails wanting to know a tracking number. And again. And again. And again.By now, it is the 6th of July and we were thinking that is is suppose to be here by now. So I start MASS EMAILING them today... I get a fast response...
"We have recalled his shipment and have terminated this order due to the harassing emails..."

That is ALL the email said. Harassing? I think not! I just told them that I was PISSED That I couldn't ever get a response. We were just trying to get info on his club. Not 1 person called to say, "Hey, Im so sorry for the delay, here is the status..."
Thats all it would have taken. I emailed the BBB today to file a complaint and wanted everyone on here to know that it is still happening. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! These people need to be SHUT DOWN! Seriously! When you can't even call the company to get info? What are they hiding?
