Nondelivery of Product - No Response to Inquiries

I ordered a complete set of golf clubs from Best Buy Golf Supply on July 26. Based on the FAQ information on the website, I was led to believe that I would have clubs within a week based on my location. After two weeks passed, we began to send emails and make phone calls.

Phone calls are a joke. It's an automated message (what a surprise!) telling you that they aren't making clubs right now because of "issues" with their suppliers. If you have inquiries, well, they have a list of categories to choose from and the message is scripted like this, "For (fill in a service, e.G., order status), see our website". I couldn't even leave a message, much less speak to a human being.

Then there were the emails. We sent them to customer service. We sent them to order status. Nothing was either acknowledged nor answered. It reminded me of a candiless homeowner hiding in a dark house on Halloween night!

The order has been cancelled and my credit card company has been instructed not to accept any charges from BBGS. I'll at least give them credit for not charging the card immediately. These guys were awful... I suggest you pay a little more and go with a company that actually delivers on their promises. And that ain't "Worst Buy Golf NO-Supply."
