Ordered an assembled golf club (driver) on February 19th for $188.10, which on the website states assembled products ship 1 to 3 days after order is received.
It is now March 28th and after 4 emails and 38 days, still no sign of a golf club. I have received 3 emails in return from Best Buy Golf Supply stating in order, 1) we are inundated with orders right now, 2) we are waiting for the shaft, 3) we have the order and we will be shipping right away and lastly 4) no response to my last email. I guess they are tired of making excuses or can not think of any more. Just tell me the truth or refund my money like any reputable company would.
On their website they state refer a friend and get a 5% discount. Here's my referal, don't order a club or clubs from Best Buy Golf Supply and save yourself 100% and a lot of time and aggravation.
Lastly on their contact page it says call them at 877-209-6381. When you call, the message says if this call is about an order shipment please email. Here we go again.
