I placed an order for $78.74 from the Big Alpha Dogs website. Of course, they debited my credit card but never shipped my order. I have called and called and called and nobody answers any of the phone numbers listed on the website. I placed the order on July 2nd. On July 7th I realized that the status of my order was still "unshipped" so I emailed the customer service department questioning the status.interestingly, the following day I received an email from Big Alpha Dogs stating they were happy to report my order had been shipped. The email was generic and vague, listing no tracking number or anything. On July 13th, my order had not been delivered, so I began calling all of the numbers listed on the website. One of the numbers has a voicemail, so I left messages with no return call. I called during different times of the day, different days of the week and still no answer. I wrote emails with no reply. Today, July 24th, 22 days after I placed my order, I received another generic email from Big Alpha Dogs that my order has been cancelled and my money has been refunded. Funny, if my order was shipped July 8th, why would they say they would refund my money? Oh and did I mention that the money has NOT BEEN REFUNDED? Also, I have a friend who is experiencing this same thing with this company! So, no product, no $78.74, no response from company...
