I had ordered a jersey from this company, and when it was received it was not the product we wanted. I emailed the company for 9 days before anyone could get back to me with how I would go about returning this item. The company supposedly closed due to a tragedy.
I then returned the item, and per the post office it was received at this companies office as of 2/1 at 10:59 am, and to this day 18 days later the company still is telling me that they never received the product. I spent 233 on this stupid thing... I want my money back.
The contact I have at the company is purposely ignoring me and not getting back to me on what I can do from here. It should not be on my shoulders that the company lost my product. They should have to send me my money back.
