I went into my credit card account and noted a $74.95 charge by RL Skincare. I had ordered a sample of the skincare product, and was charged only for the postage, $3.95.
When I saw the $74.95 on my credit card account, I called them up and they told me that they had info that my product had been delivered on Aug 6 by the Post Office, and a note inside had said I had 12 days to return it, or I would have to pay the full amount. I told them that I had NOT received the cream, and they told me that I would NOT get the $74.95 returned to me, if the post office said they had delivered it. The Post Office lady said that there was a record that it had been delivered, but I told her I had NOT received it. She said that it could have been delivered else where, and that I DID NOT receive it. She said that they could not make me pay, as no one knows where the product ended up. My mail lady was already gone, and she will tell the story when she gets to work tomorrow!!!
I am a good Christian woman, and I would have admitted I had received the product, IF in fact, I had received it!!!
Man, it looks like there are soooooo many people who have been scammed by this company. Do we need to contact the Better Business Bureau??? AND our lawyers???
