This company states on their website that there is a 12 month warranty on the products it sells, but when you try to return the item they never respond to your email then finally when you get to them they give you the return address. I mailed the product back to the address they provided to me and they never take delivery. So not only did they charge me $331 for a car navigation/dvd system I also paid shipping charges of $68. Post office has attempted delivery 4 times and every time the place is closed. This company sells CRAP products and doesn't stand behind them. The products look nice online but they don't preform like the Kenwoods, Pioneer's, etc. So spring the extra money for a good name brand that you know stands behind their product and don't go with this company they are a ripoff.
Don't let the reviews fool you. They ask that you complete the review with in 30 days of receiving the order. The product starts to break down after 5-6 months by then they won't let you review the product or make a comment on their website. This is a Chinese company ripping off the US consumer because they can.
