Be careful of this company!!! This is the second time I have had issues when attempting to return an item I wasn't happy with. The first time I had to jump through hoops and fax over my delivery confirmation proving the item I sent back was delivered after they had stated it was never received. This time, when I paid to send the item back, I was told by the post office that noone was there to sign for the item at 11:30 on a monday. My delivery confirmation shows the attempt to deliver and the post office has informed me they also left a notice of attempt to deliver. I was told by "Tamika" at Body Central after spending much time on the phone with the post office, that it is not Body Central's problem that they have not received my return and I would need to get the refund for the dress I sent back to them from the post office. She stated that the post office often says they attempted to return items when really they have lost them. Since they didn't receive the item, they refuse to refund me for the dress. I spent even more time on the phone with the post office and was told Body Central would need to call them to reschedule delivery of my return or go to the post office to pick the return up. When I called Body Central yet again I was told by Tamika that they do not pick up packages from the post office nor would they make any such calls to the post office as requested. I was told the receptionist does not remember getting a delivery notice that day and again that it is not their responsibility to contact the post office. Tamika rudely asked me if the woman I spoke to at the Post Office had the item I was returning in her hands when she was speaking to me. When I told Tamika I would never order another item from Body Central again I was told "that's fine ma'am". Customer Service is not at all important to Body Central and it is apparent they will do anything and everything to make sure they do not have to give money back for items returned. I would not recommend ever ordering anything from this catalog.
