I ordered a 10" Polaroid tablet on Dec 12. I received a USPS.com tracking information from nomorerack.com, saying the product waas received at the Asbury Park, NJ post office on Dec. 18 and expected delivery was Dec. 24. I didn't receive the merchandise. I called the post office and they have no record of the item being received. I called the company and spoke to a Customer Service manager, supposedly who told me it WAS at the post office. She was very rude. I called back to the company the next day and was told they had to contact the supplier to get the information and I would receive an email within 4-7 days. All I got was an email with the same tracking information that I received in the very beginning. This business is hurting alot of hard working people not to mention my 7 year old grandson who has been waiting for this tablet.
