Phone showed SOS Calls Only after a month of trying

I received my phone, and tried to use it. All I got was a message "SOS Calls Only".

After trying the phone for a month, I called the company and was told to try several different things.

I even went to their closest tower at their suggestion and tried with the same results.

I would like my money back.
