Stale donuts - donuts and coffee

I was at the belair rd rossville putty hill store in baltimore md on 12-6-11@ 1030 pm ordered 1 med mint ht chocolate and a cinn. Donut and a choc one both were very hard and stale... I was disapointed in the quality.
