Wireless ripoff debited three payments and caused returned check fees Tampa

I called Cingular and told them I would make my payment on Friday by phone. The payment was for 52.00. When I called to make the payment the automated machine would not let me make the 52.00 payment it said the amount was 94.00. I didn't think their customer service was open. I went ahead and said ok for the 94.00 because I had told them I would make the payment on Friday Oct 1. After I hung up I called the customer service and they answered. I told the girl what happened and that I didn't want to pay 94.00 I just wanted to pay the 52.00 she said she could take care of it and I could make the 52.00 payment to her. I even asked her to make sure the 94.00 was canceled and for it not to come out of my checking account with the 52.00 and she said she would take care of it. When I got my bank statement I was overdrawn and they had debited both payments. I called them and my cingular account was 52.00. I told them what happened and they said there were no notes on my account so they weren't responsible for the overdraft charges. There records showed that I made the 52.00 payment on Oct. 1 at 6 or 7:00 pm and 94.00 on Oct. 2 at 7.00am I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They said if I could prove what I was saying they would pay the charges. My bank said there was know way to tell when the payments were made so Cingular gets me.
