After receiving a nastygram informing a payment of $123.42 was needed to keep service from being discontinued I made a partial payment on a July bill of $43.80. They cut me off anyway, told me I'd have to make an additional payment of $79.62 to reinstate my service & a $25.00 fee for this service which they would bill on the next cycle.
So the next bill comes & it's for $176.27 which more thank two months of service which should not be. I get on the phone and neither the Customer Service Rep or the Supervisor I spoke to could explain why the bill was so high.
It turns out the 25.00 reinstatement fee is now 50.00 & there are as yet unexplained Balance Forward fees of $145.96
Dealing with these people is frustrating, time consuming and ultimately their attitude is "shut up and pay your bill." I wouldn't recommend Cingular Wireless to my worst enemy.
